The problem

You started the business to do the work, not the paperwork. Most owners lose five to ten hours a week to chasing invoices, answering the same enquiries, writing quotes and typing up notes. That is time you cannot bill and cannot spend with customers.

Claude Team is Anthropic's business plan. FMOps installs it, connects it to the tools you already use, and trains your team on real work. You keep full control.

What the setup includes (€1,750, one-off)

  • A 20-minute call to pick your first three workflows.
  • Your own Claude Team workspace, set up on site.
  • Safe connection to email, calendar and accounts (Xero, Sage export, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Three workflows built and tested on live examples.
  • Staff training, on your own work, the same day.
  • One-page reference sheet: what is connected, what runs when, how to approve, who to call.
  • Data processing agreement signed before I start.

What the €600 a month covers

  • Keeps it running. If a connector or login breaks, I fix it. Up to two hours of support each month.
  • One new workflow each month. Month two: month-end close or cash-flow summary. Month three: lead follow-up. Then one more per month.
  • Monthly note and quarterly review. Five lines on what ran and what it saved, plus a 30-minute review every quarter.

Month to month, no contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Claude Team licences are paid to Anthropic directly.

What it does, by sector

Trades and garages

  • Drafts payment reminders for overdue invoices from your aged-debtors list. You approve, it sends.
  • Turns a site photo and a voice note into a written quote in your format.
  • Answers "are you free Tuesday?" enquiries with real slots from your calendar.

Accountants and solicitors

  • Reads a client's document bundle and produces a first-draft summary with page references.
  • Drafts engagement letters and standard correspondence from your own templates.
  • Chases missing records or signatures before deadlines, in your tone.

Clinics and salons

  • Drafts replies to booking, price and aftercare questions from your own FAQ.
  • Prepares reminder and re-booking messages for clients who are due back.
  • Turns dictated notes into a tidy record in your template after each appointment.

Security and GDPR

Your data stays in your own Claude Team workspace. Anthropic does not train on business data on the Team plan. Claude only sees what the login you give it can already see. A person approves every email and every action, so nothing goes out on its own. FMOps signs a data processing agreement. Security detail: trust.anthropic.com.
