# FMOps Pricing

FMOps is a one-person consultancy in Waterford, Ireland, run by Fionn Murphy. Prices are in euro, exclusive of VAT where it applies, and are the same anywhere in Ireland. Every service starts free: a one-minute AI visibility check at https://fmops.ie/ai-check or a free 30-minute call at https://fmops.ie/#book. Not to be confused with "FMOps" as in Foundation Model Operations, the machine-learning discipline.

## Notes on the AI visibility pilot

Three founding pilots for Q4 2026, three months each, from €750 a month. In return the business agrees in writing that FMOps can publish its name, before-and-after screenshots and a quote. When the three slots are gone, retainers are quoted on the call. There is no standalone paid audit: the audit is the first stage of the retainer, so nobody pays for an audit and then pays again for the fix.

## Grants

The Local Enterprise Office Grow Digital Voucher covers 50% of eligible digital projects, up to €5,000. FMOps will say on the call whether a project qualifies.

### How much does an AI visibility audit cost in Ireland?

The check is free. The full audit is the first stage of a retainer from €750 a month, capped scope, month to month. Three founding pilots are open for Q4 2026.

### How much does a small-business website cost?

€500, €750 or €1,000 one-off, chosen by what the site should earn the business, not by page count. An optional care plan runs from €50 a month.

### How much does business automation cost?

Projects from €500 with a fixed quote before anything is built. Three to five workflows are typically €1,500 to €3,000.

### How much does Claude for Business setup cost?

Setup from €1,750, then support from €600 a month. Claude licences are paid to Anthropic. With the Grow Digital Voucher a €1,750 setup can cost €875.

### Are there contracts?

No. Retainers, care plans and Claude support are month to month. Websites and automation are one-off with a written quote.

### Who is this for?

Irish small businesses: dentists, solicitors, physios, garages, salons, trades and small teams. FMOps takes one business per trade per town.
