FMOps is a sole trader business run by Fionn Murphy, based in Dublin, Ireland. In these terms, "we" and "I" mean FMOps, and "you" means the client. Contact: fionn@fmops.ie.
Everything on this site is general information, not advice for your specific business. Nothing here is an offer of a contract. A contract starts when we agree the scope in writing and you pay the first invoice.
FMOps offers four services: AI search visibility, small business websites, business automation, and Claude for Small Business setup. Whichever you buy, the scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
AI search visibility. A monthly retainer covering a fixed, capped scope. Typically entity groundwork in the first two months, then two optimised pages and one placement each month, plus a monthly report.
Websites. A one-off project at the agreed tier, including two rounds of changes. Care plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Automation. A project quoted after a free audit call, with 30 days of fixes included after launch.
Claude for Small Business. A one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee covering one new or improved workflow and up to two hours of support each month. Your Claude licences are paid to Anthropic directly and are not included.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed separately before it starts.
The check is free and carries no obligation on either side. It is a snapshot of what AI models answered on the day I ran it. It is not a guarantee of anything.
AI search visibility retainers are €2,000 a month unless we agree otherwise in writing. Founding pilot places are €750 a month for three months, and include your written agreement that FMOps can publish your name, your before-and-after screenshots and a quote. Websites are €500, €750 or €1,000 depending on the tier, with care plans at €50, €75 or €100 a month. Automation projects start at €500 and are quoted per project. Claude for Small Business is €1,750 to set up, then €600 a month.
One-off projects (websites and automation) are invoiced 50% up front and 50% on completion, unless we agree something else in writing. Retainers (AI search visibility, and the Claude for Small Business monthly fee) are invoiced monthly in advance. All invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may pause work. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
AI models change their answers without notice. I cannot control or guarantee what ChatGPT, Claude, Google or any other model says about your business, and nobody honestly can. What I do guarantee is the agreed work each month, and a clear report of what moved and why.
You give timely access to your website, business information and any accounts the work needs, and you review drafts within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may push out the schedule. You confirm that any material you give me is yours to use.
Once an invoice is paid in full, the pages, content and assets produced for you under it are yours. FMOps keeps ownership of its own methods, templates and internal tooling.
I keep your business information confidential. I take one business per trade per town, and I never work with my employer's clients or prospects.
Retainers run month to month after any agreed minimum term. Either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work already delivered or invoiced is payable. Pilot places run for the agreed three months.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, FMOps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, and total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
