Zapier consultant or Make.com consultant?

I build on both, so I have no reason to push you onto one. I pick the platform that suits the job and tell you why before I start.

Make usually wins when a workflow has many steps, branches on a condition, or loops over a list. Its pricing counts operations rather than tasks, so a long multi-step workflow tends to cost less per run. It is the one I reach for on booking, invoicing and follow-up chains.

Zapier usually wins on breadth. It connects more apps than anything else, so if you use a niche Irish or trade-specific tool, Zapier often has it. Its editor is simpler, which matters if your team will edit the workflow after I hand it over.
