Results — Waterford, Ireland

Real work, listed as it ships.

FMOps opened for clients in 2026. This page lists real work as it ships; nothing here is invented. Client results appear below when a client has agreed to be named, with the measure we agreed at the start.

Until then, what you can judge is the work I have built for myself, and how I measure each service. Both are described honestly here.

What I've built

These are things I have built and run myself. They are not client results, but they show the way I work: fast static sites, measured every month, with the reporting done by a pipeline rather than by hand.

Website

fmops.ie

This site. Hand-written HTML and CSS, static, deployed on Vercel. Built the same way a client site is built, so it is a fair sample of the work.

How I build websites →

AI visibility

Automated AI-visibility scoreboard

A fixed set of buyer prompts, run against the main AI assistants on the same day each month, with screenshots saved for evidence. It records who gets named, and whether the facts about a business are stated correctly.

Automation

Monthly reporting pipeline

The scoreboard, search data and site checks are pulled together automatically into a plain-language monthly report. I read it and add the "why" before it goes to a client. Nothing is sent unread.

Client results

No client results are published yet. When a client agrees to be named, their result appears here with the measure we agreed at the start, in their words and mine.

How I measure

Every service has one honest measure agreed before the work starts. It is written into the quote, and it is what the monthly report is about.

AI visibility

Prompt-set scoreboard with screenshots

The same buyer prompts, the same assistants, the same day each month. You see whether your business is named, how often, and whether the facts are right, with the screenshots to prove it.

Websites

Lighthouse scores and enquiries

Speed, accessibility and SEO scores at launch, and the number of calls, forms and emails the site produces after. A site that scores well and produces nothing is not a result.

Automation

Hours saved

On the audit call we list each repetitive job, how often it happens and how long it takes. After launch, the same list shows what the machine now does, and the hours that came back.

Claude for Business

Hours per week returned to the team

Each workflow is timed before and after. The measure is the hours a week your staff no longer spend on drafting, summarising and searching, and what they do with them instead.
