Business details

FMOps is a sole trader business run by Fionn Murphy from Waterford, Ireland. It serves clients across the whole of Ireland, mostly remotely, and will travel for the first meeting where that makes sense. There is no shopfront and no walk-in address, so the postal address is given as the service area rather than a street: Waterford, County Waterford, Ireland.

Not to be confused with FMOps in the machine-learning sense of Foundation Model Operations. That is a separate discipline and shares only the name. This FMOps is a small business consultancy.

Trading hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Irish Standard Time. Email sent at the weekend is answered on Monday.

What to put in a first message

You do not have to prepare anything, but these four lines make the first reply useful instead of a list of questions back:

• What the business does, and the town it works in.
• The thing that is costing you time or work: invisible in AI answers, no website, admin eating your evenings, or a team that would use Claude if someone set it up.
• Roughly what you would like to spend, if you have a number in mind.
• When you would like it done.
